All customers in Fortune’s Australia Professional Branch Office have the right to enjoy Consumption Bonus Points & VIP Upgrading System. Every AUD$1 consumption equals to 1 bonus point.
Every customer with bonus points which can be added can attend :
(a). Upgrading your VIP level to enjoy discount of all products in Fortune’s Kennel Australia Professional Branch Office.
(b). Exchanging valuable high-end Australia made gift pack.

Added points come from every consumption amount, which means AUD$1 equals to 1 gift point.
If consumption amount with decimal point, we count it as integer before decimal point. Eg. If consumption amount is AUD$100.01, we count it as 100 bonus points. If consumption amount is AUD$100.99, we count it as 100 bonus points as well.
Bonus points are counted from the first consumption after payment. We count and add Gifts Exchanged Bonus Points on a yearly basis. For example, first consumption day is 16th October, 2013. Then this year’s bonus points adding period will end at 23:59 on 16th October, 2014. The following year’s bonus point will start from 0 on 17th October, 2014.
However, VIP Bonus Points will be added year by year.

VIP Upgrading System
After your bonus points arrive to certain amount, you can be our VIP members. With different VIP levels, you can get different discounts of all products in store-wide.
* Customers with over 500 bonus points, they can upgrade as Silver VIP Member automatically and get a store-wide discount of 5% off on everything.
After upgrading to Silver VIP Member, bonus points can still be added after every consumption.
* Customers with over 1500 bonus points, they can upgrade as Gold VIP Member automatically and get a store-wide discount of 10% off on everything.
After upgrading to Gold VIP Member, bonus points can still be added after every consumption.
* Customers with over 2500 bonus points, they can upgrade as Diamond VIP Member automatically and get a store-wide discount of 15% off on everything.
Diamond VIP Member is the highest VIP level in Fortune’s Australia Professional Branch Office.

All customers attending customer reality show will get 2 bonus points after each shopping in Fortune’s Australia Professional Branch Office. You can only attend Customer Reality Show for one time after each shopping, which means, you can not attend reality show for more than one time after one real shopping.
